The Association for the Development of the Rural Communities in Congo is a charitable organization that helps deprived rural communities develop collective capacity of their members and improve personal well being of children, women, and men.

The primary aims of ADERC are:

• Relieve poverty by providing basic amenities such as access to water and food to the poor, and by assisting people in improving hygienic and sanitary conditions;
• Advance education by providing furniture and other necessary materials to financially disadvantaged schools, and by helping the poor to raise their level of literacy;
